This basic awareness course is designed to create awareness of mental health, providing learners with the knowledge to recognise a range of mental health conditions, how to start supportive conversations, when and how to signpost a person to seek appropriate professional help. Participants will learn how to recognise and manage stress.

Tutor delivered remotely online via Microsoft Teams, successful completion of a 1-1 assessment must be completed within 2 weeks of commencement date in order to gain this qualification. Short break intervals included. Welcome email and course details will be issued to the booking email unless otherwise stated. Qualification is valid for 3 years, certificate included.
