It was an absolute joy to be exhibiting at SafetyEXPO, big thanks to Jason @ XIC Design & Graphics for organising and doing the graphics for our stand!

Brett did his talk on the Chameleon effect in the workplace, which the audience absolutely loved, even if they were a bit quiet!

Then it was off to Amsterdam for Brett to give a talk on Psychological Safety in the energy industry at the IADC Europe Conference 2023.

He also did an interactive panel with some of the other guest speakers which was used as an open-minded space to interact with the audience about their experiences with mental health in the workplace and to discuss ideas on how to improve on the culture and stigma surrounding Mental Health.

Safe to say it's been a busy few weeks!
